English Version — Attribution and Licences

This page sets out the attribution and licensing notices for the third-party data, media, software, and services used in the operation of the public web map at https://rttransit.com, in fulfilment of the conditions imposed by the respective rights-holders and in the interest of transparency towards the User.

Clause 1 — General Provisions and Scope

Pursuant to and subject to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994) and its amendments, the Operator hereby sets out the attribution and licence notices applicable to the third-party data, imagery, software, and services incorporated into the service, as enumerated in the clauses below. All trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property rights shall remain the property of their respective owners.

This document shall be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Service, which form an integral part of the overall conditions of service.

Clause 2 — Map Data and Tiles

• OpenStreetMap contributors — Base map data is provided under the Open Database License (ODbL) version 1.0. The Operator displays the required notice “© OpenStreetMap contributors”. The full terms are available at https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright
• CARTO — Basemap styles. The Operator displays the required notice “© CARTO”. Further details are available at https://carto.com/attribution
• Esri (World Imagery) — Satellite imagery, credited as “Esri, Maxar, Earthstar Geographics, and the GIS User Community”. Further details are available at https://www.esri.com
• OpenTopoMap — Topographic mapping provided under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA) licence. The Operator displays the required notice “© OpenTopoMap (CC-BY-SA)”. The map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and the elevation data is derived from the SRTM dataset. Further details are available at https://opentopomap.org
• Overpass API — A query service for OpenStreetMap data, which is provided under the ODbL. Further details are available at https://overpass-api.de
• Namtang (นำทาง) — Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) — Certain bus-stop names are sourced from the Namtang open-data platform under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) licence. The Operator displays the notice “Some stop names © Namtang (OTP) — CC-BY”. Further details are available at https://namtang.otp.go.th

Clause 3 — Share-Alike Obligation under the ODbL

The Open Database License (ODbL) version 1.0 imposes a “Share-Alike” condition. Accordingly, any person who adapts, modifies, or creates a Derived Database from OpenStreetMap data shall be obliged to make such Derived Database publicly available under the ODbL on the same terms, and shall preserve the attribution notice “© OpenStreetMap contributors”. The Operator hereby gives notice of this obligation, and the User shall observe it strictly to the extent applicable.

Clause 4 — Tourist-Attraction Imagery

Tourist-attraction data and imagery are sourced primarily from the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Some imagery may additionally be supplemented from Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia, and Wikidata, where the licence applicable to each image varies on a per-file basis (mostly CC BY-SA, some Public Domain).

Clause 5 — Software and Services

• MapLibre GL JS — Map-rendering library provided under the BSD-3-Clause licence. Further details are available at https://maplibre.org
• OSRM (Open Source Routing Machine) — Routing service operating on OpenStreetMap data. Further details are available at https://project-osrm.org
• Google Fonts — Typefaces provided under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or the Apache License, as applicable. Further details are available at https://fonts.google.com
• Cloudflare — Content delivery network (CDN) and delivery services. Further details are available at https://www.cloudflare.com
• Open-Meteo — Weather data provided under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) licence. Further details are available at https://open-meteo.com

Clause 6 — Advertising (When Enabled)

• Google AdSense — Advertising service, displayed only when enabled by the Operator. The applicable advertising-technologies policy is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Clause 7 — User-Generated Content

In the course of the service, the User may add, vote on, or report map pins, being content created collaboratively by users (crowdsourced content). Such content shall be regarded as the contribution of the User, and the User warrants that the User holds the lawful right to publish such content and consents to its display by the Operator within the service. The rights, obligations, and licence applicable to User-generated content shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service.

Clause 8 — Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The third-party data, imagery, and services identified above are presented on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Operator is not the owner of such content and makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of data originating from external sources. To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand, any use of third-party content shall be governed directly by the licence of the respective rights-holder.

Nothing in this page shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This document shall take effect from 20 June 2026 (B.E. 2569). It shall be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Service, and this Attribution and Licences page.
