ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ข้อกำหนดนี้”) เป็นข้อตกลงอันมีผลผูกพันระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการ (ผู้เยี่ยมชมหรือผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ใช้บริการ”) กับผู้ดำเนินการเว็บแผนที่สาธารณะ ณ https://rttransit.com/ (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ให้บริการ”) ซึ่งให้บริการ (ก) การติดตามตำแหน่งยานพาหนะขนส่งสาธารณะ (รถสองแถวและรถมินิบัส) แบบเรียลไทม์ พร้อมเวลาถึงโดยประมาณและการวางแผนการเดินทาง และ (ข) ชั้นข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทั่วราชอาณาจักรไทย ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ผู้ใช้บริการอ่านข้อกำหนดนี้โดยละเอียดก่อนเข้าใช้บริการ

การที่ผู้ใช้บริการเข้าถึงหรือใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ ย่อมถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้โดยครบถ้วนแล้ว หากผู้ใช้บริการไม่ประสงค์จะยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ ขอให้ยุติการใช้งานโดยทันที ทั้งนี้ เว็บไซต์นี้เป็นบริการสาธารณะซึ่งไม่กำหนดให้มีการสมัครสมาชิกหรือการเข้าสู่ระบบแต่อย่างใด
เว็บไซต์นี้เป็นบริการแผนที่สาธารณะซึ่งผู้ให้บริการดำเนินการด้วยตนเอง (self-hosted) และส่งผ่านโครงข่ายของ Cloudflare โดยแสดงตำแหน่งยานพาหนะแบบเรียลไทม์ เวลาถึงโดยประมาณ (ETA) การวางแผนการเดินทาง (เดิน → ขึ้นรถ → โดยสาร → ลงรถ) ตลอดจนข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลแผนที่มีที่มาจาก OpenStreetMap และภาพถ่ายมีที่มาจาก Wikimedia
ตำแหน่งยานพาหนะที่ปรากฏเป็นข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากระบบกำหนดตำแหน่งบนพื้นโลก (GPS) และเวลาถึง (ETA) เป็นค่าประมาณการซึ่งคำนวณจากแบบจำลองความเร็วที่ได้จากการเรียนรู้ข้อมูล ค่าดังกล่าวอาจคลาดเคลื่อน ล่าช้า หรือไม่พร้อมให้บริการได้ อันเนื่องมาจากความคลาดเคลื่อนของสัญญาณ GPS (GPS drift) การที่อุปกรณ์อยู่ในสถานะออฟไลน์ ปัญหาของเครือข่าย หรือเหตุประการอื่น
ผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่พึ่งพาข้อมูลดังกล่าวในการตัดสินใจอันเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยหรือเรื่องที่มีกำหนดเวลาเป็นสาระสำคัญ อาทิ การจับรถคันใดคันหนึ่งให้ทันเวลา การวางแผนที่ไม่อาจคลาดเคลื่อนได้ หรือกรณีฉุกเฉิน อย่างไรก็ดี ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง ความพร้อมใช้งาน หรือความเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดของข้อมูล
ข้อมูลแผนที่ ถนน เส้นทาง แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ตลอดจนบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีที่มาจากบุคคลภายนอก ได้แก่ OpenStreetMap, Cloudflare, CARTO, Esri, OpenTopoMap, Wikimedia, OSRM และข้อมูลสภาพอากาศจาก Open-Meteo ข้อมูลดังกล่าวอาจไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน และไม่เหมาะสมสำหรับการนำทางที่ต้องการความแม่นยำ ทั้งนี้ ผู้ให้บริการไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความผิดพลาด การหยุดให้บริการ หรือความล่าช้าของข้อมูลและบริการของบุคคลภายนอก อนึ่ง ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถตรวจดูแหล่งที่มาและสัญญาอนุญาตทั้งหมดได้ที่หน้า เครดิตข้อมูล (Attribution)
ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถเพิ่มหมุด ออกเสียงโหวต (ยังอยู่/ไม่เห็นแล้ว) และรายงาน (report) ข้อมูลบนแผนที่ได้ เนื้อหาดังกล่าวเป็นเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้บริการสร้างขึ้นเอง ทั้งนี้ ผู้ให้บริการมิได้ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาก่อนการเผยแพร่ และไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความถูกต้องหรือความเหมาะสมของเนื้อหานั้น
ผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่เผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ที่ละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น ที่มีลักษณะหยาบคาย ก่อกวน เป็นเท็จ หรือที่เป็นความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐
ผู้ให้บริการได้จัดให้มีกลไกการแจ้งและนำเนื้อหาออก (notice-and-takedown) โดยผู้ใช้บริการสามารถกดปุ่ม “รายงาน” ที่หมุดนั้นบนแผนที่ได้โดยตรง ทั้งนี้ ระบบจะซ่อนหมุดที่ได้รับการรายงานถึงเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้โดยอัตโนมัติเพื่อรอการตรวจสอบ และผู้ให้บริการจะดำเนินการนำเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือที่ละเมิดสิทธิออกเมื่อได้รับแจ้ง อนึ่ง ระบบอาจนำหมุดที่ผู้ใช้บริการออกเสียงโหวตว่าไม่ปรากฏอยู่แล้วหรือที่สิ้นอายุออกโดยอัตโนมัติ และผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะนำเนื้อหาใด ๆ ออกตามดุลพินิจ ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการไม่อาจแจ้งผ่านปุ่มบนแผนที่ได้ ขอให้ส่งจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มายัง [email protected]
ซอร์สโค้ด ส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ และเครื่องหมายทางการค้าของแอปพลิเคชันนี้เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ให้บริการ ส่วนข้อมูลและภาพถ่ายของบุคคลภายนอกย่อมอยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งสัญญาอนุญาตของแหล่งที่มานั้น ๆ โดยข้อมูลของ OpenStreetMap อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาอนุญาต ODbL ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถตรวจดูรายละเอียดสัญญาอนุญาตและการระบุแหล่งที่มาทั้งหมดได้ที่หน้า เครดิตข้อมูล (Attribution)
การเก็บรวบรวมและการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ อนึ่ง ผู้ใช้บริการพึงรับทราบว่าผู้ให้บริการมีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (อาทิ หมายเลขประจำเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ IP address ในบันทึกการเข้าถึง) เป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่าเก้าสิบวันตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ ซึ่งเป็นการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบนฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ผู้ใช้บริการศึกษา นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy) ประกอบ เพื่อทราบรายละเอียดของการเก็บรวบรวม ระยะเวลาการจัดเก็บ และสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล อนึ่ง เว็บไซต์นี้อาจแสดงโฆษณาของบุคคลภายนอก (อาทิ Google AdSense) ซึ่งอาจกำหนดคุกกี้ของตนเอง โดยรายละเอียดของการใช้คุกกี้และข้อมูลได้ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริการนี้ให้ “ตามสภาพ” (AS IS) และ “เท่าที่มีให้บริการ” (AS AVAILABLE) เนื่องจากเป็นบริการที่ผู้ให้บริการดำเนินการด้วยตนเอง จึงไม่มีการรับประกันระยะเวลาการให้บริการ (uptime) และผู้ให้บริการอาจเปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติการให้บริการเมื่อใดก็ได้โดยมิต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมาย เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาตให้กระทำได้สูงสุด ผู้ให้บริการไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ อันเกิดจากการใช้หรือการไม่สามารถใช้บริการ การพึ่งพาตำแหน่งหรือเวลาถึง (ETA) ที่คลาดเคลื่อน หรือเนื้อหาของบุคคลภายนอกหรือของผู้ใช้บริการ
อย่างไรก็ดี ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดหรือจำกัดความรับผิดในส่วนที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ตัดหรือจำกัดได้ อาทิ ความรับผิดต่อการเสียชีวิตหรือการบาดเจ็บแก่ร่างกายอันเกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อ ความรับผิดภายใต้กฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค กฎหมายว่าด้วยความรับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากสินค้าที่ไม่ปลอดภัย หรือพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยข้อสัญญาที่ไม่เป็นธรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๐ ทั้งนี้ บรรดาข้อจำกัดความรับผิดทั้งปวงในเอกสารฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเพียง “เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาตให้กระทำได้” เท่านั้น
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมายไทย และบรรดาข้อพิพาทอันเกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อกำหนดนี้ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย
ผู้ให้บริการอาจปรับปรุงแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ทั้งนี้ การที่ผู้ใช้บริการยังคงใช้บริการต่อไปภายหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลง ย่อมถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการได้ตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่แก้ไขแล้ว

These Terms of Service and Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between the user (the visitor or user of the website, hereinafter the “User”) and the operator of the public web map at https://rttransit.com/ (hereinafter the “Operator”), which provides (a) real-time tracking of public transit vehicles (songthaew and minibus) with predicted ETAs and trip planning, and (b) a nationwide tourist-attraction overlay. The User is requested to read these Terms carefully prior to using the service.
Operator: [email protected] (this is a placeholder address only; the Operator shall confirm or replace it with a valid address, and shall add a registered business name and address if operating commercially. This document deliberately states no business name, address, or registration number so as not to publish inaccurate information). Effective date: 20 June 2026 (2026-06-20).
By accessing or using this website, the User hereby confirms that the User has read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Should the User not accept these Terms, the User shall cease using the service forthwith. This service is a public service which requires no account or login whatsoever.
This website is a self-hosted public map service delivered through the Cloudflare network. It displays live vehicle positions, predicted ETAs, trip planning (walk → board → ride → alight), and tourist-attraction information. Map data is derived from OpenStreetMap, and photographs are derived from Wikimedia.
Vehicle positions displayed are data obtained from the Global Positioning System (GPS), and ETAs are estimates calculated from a learned speed model. Such values may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable by reason of GPS drift, devices being offline, network problems, or other causes.
The User shall not rely upon such information for any decision concerning safety or any matter in which time is of the essence, such as catching a particular vehicle in time, plans that cannot tolerate error, or emergencies. The Operator gives no warranty as to the accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information.
Map, road, route, and attraction data, together with related services, are derived from third parties, including OpenStreetMap, Cloudflare, CARTO, Esri, OpenTopoMap, Wikimedia, OSRM, and Open-Meteo (weather). Such data may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not suitable for precise navigation. The Operator shall not be liable for errors, downtime, or delays in third-party data or services. The User may review all sources and licences on the Attribution page.
The User may add pins, cast votes (still here / gone), and report items on the map. Such content is user-generated content. The Operator does not pre-screen this content and shall not be liable for its accuracy or appropriateness.
The User shall not post content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, harassing, false, or that constitutes an offence pursuant to the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2560 (2017).
The Operator has provided a notice-and-takedown mechanism whereby the User may use the “Report” button on a pin directly within the map. Content reported above a prescribed threshold shall be automatically hidden pending review, and the Operator shall remove illegal or infringing content upon notice. Furthermore, the system may automatically remove pins that the User votes as no longer present or that have expired, and the Operator reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion. Where the User is unable to report through the in-map button, the User shall send notice by electronic mail to [email protected].
The source code, user interface, and branding of this application are the property of the Operator. Third-party data and photographs shall remain subject to the licences of their respective sources; OpenStreetMap data is subject to the ODbL licence. The User may review full licences and attributions on the Attribution page.
Personal data shall be handled pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The User acknowledges that the Operator is under a statutory obligation to retain computer traffic data (such as the IP address recorded in access logs) for a period of not less than ninety (90) days pursuant to the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2560 (2017), such processing being carried out on the legal-obligation basis. The User is requested to consult the Privacy policy for particulars of the collection, retention period, and the rights of the data subject. This site may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense), which may set its own cookies; particulars of cookie and data use are set out in the Privacy policy.
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. As it is self-hosted, there is no uptime guarantee, and the Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, from reliance upon inaccurate positions or ETAs, or from third-party or user content.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability under the Consumer Protection Act, the law on Product Liability for Unsafe Goods, or the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 (1997). All limitations in this document shall apply only “to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law”.
These Terms shall be governed by Thai law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time. The User's continued use of the service following any change shall constitute the User's acceptance of the amended Terms.
